Like spending too much time in the restroom. The security people are flailing. They are not allowed to make use of the most useful weapon they have. Instead, there is a situation of panic and chaos where anyone who looks any different, does anything other than behave exactly like everyone else or just smells a little funny is the object of suspicion.
